Bimbadeen Road

Infestations on private property along Bimbadeen Road were important to target as they were providing a seed source into the nearby Painkalac Creek. The friends of Painkalac Creek have been gradually removing woody weeds from the creek but couldn't get into the private land.  With the Surf Coast Shire receiving funding for significant woody weed removal on the creek the network could direct its efforts into the nearby private property.

The majority of people contacted were happy to receive support from the network with only a few exceptions.

See below for a photo point taken for monitoring in one of the Bimbadeen Road private properties.
